The Grosvenor Estate is an interesting  portfolio of businesses, rural estates and other assets owned by trusts on behalf of Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor, 6th Duke of Westminster and the Grosvenor family.

The family’s ownership of land can be traced to the early fifteenth century when the family was farming in Cheshire. It still is, but the portfolio now extends to a number of businesses in the region as well as to further rural estates in the United Kingdom and Spain and other property interests at home and abroad.

To this end the Grosvenor Estate now employs more than 1,100 people in nine countries, whilst relating to many more through its ownership and management of land and property.
