Trustees  

The Grosvenor Estate is owned by a number of Trustees. The Duke is Chairman of the Trustees.

The role of the Trustees is to preserve and enhance the interests of the Grosvenor Family and the reputation of the Grosvenor Estate as a socially responsible organisation.

Jeremy Newsum
Executive Trustee

Jeremy Newsum FRICS is Executive Trustee of the Grosvenor Estates. From 1989 to end June 2008 he was Group Chief Executive of Grosvenor.  He is a member of the Council of Imperial College London, a member of Cambridge University’s North West Project Board and a Director of Grupo Lar.  He was Chairman of the Urban Land Institute from 2009 to 2011, a Church Commissioner from 1993 to 2000 and President of the British Property Federation in 2001
