The Duke of Westminster was recently interviewed by the UK paper 'TheTelegraph' regarding his support of the charity Combat Stress and The Enemy Within Appeal.

Trustees  

The Grosvenor Estate is owned by a number of Trustees. The Duke is Chairman of the Trustees.

The role of the Trustees is to preserve and enhance the interests of the Grosvenor Family and the reputation of the Grosvenor Estate as a socially responsible organisation.

Lesley Knox is a Trustee of the Grosvenor Estates and Non-Executive Chairman of Grosvenor  Group. Lesley has held a variety of non-executive directorships with international and British corporates, and is currently a director of SABMiller plc and Centrica plc. In 1987 she was a finalist for Business Woman of the Year and has been involved with arts and charitable organisations, she is currently Chairman of the V&A at Dundee. Lesley studied law at Cambridge; qualified as a solicitor in England with Slaughter and May, and in the US with Shearman & Stirling; and then spent 15 years with  Kleinwort Benson (1981-1996), first as a corporate finance director and then as Chief Executive of the institutional asset management business. She moved to the British Linen Bank (1997-1999), latterly as Governor, and then was a founder director of British Linen Advisers (2000-2003).
