Eco Buildings

The Grosvenor Estate is responsible for substantial numbers of buildings of many different ages and types across the world. Examining every element of the portfolio from the villages on the rural estates to industrial, retail, office and residential developments elsewhere there has been a realisation that the organisation needs to research, develop and implement its own environmentally-friendly property practices.
