The Grosvenor Estate is beginning to seek out innovative technology which will enable improvements to be made to its impact on the environment.

Energy use is being monitored more closely than before in every business and on every rural estate in the portfolio. The aim is to identify areas where energy is being wasted and to seek out new ways of reducing dependence on non renewable sources of power.

Steps are being taken to put systems in place which make the best use of natural resources and renewable forms of energy.
