Recycling

Recycling Bins

Throughout the organisation recycling initiatives are being encouraged.

Each of the rural estates and businesses in the portfolio now have their own recycling schemes in place but there is a lot more to do.

Materials that are recycled include office equipment - stationery and ink cartridges and catering waste such as bottles and boxes, retail waste including all cardboards and plastics, and construction materials such as bricks, timber and metal.

The aim is to recycle as much as possible, not only because we want to reduce the amounts of waste going to landfill but because reducing waste makes economic sense.
