In addition to rural estates, the Family Investment Office incorporates the Grosvenor Estate’s investment portfolio, fine art collection, charitable foundation and archive as well as provision of professional support and advice to the Trustees and individual members of the Grosvenor family.
The Westminster Foundation represents the philanthropic activities of the Grosvenor family and the Grosvenor Estate.
The Grosvenor fine art collection includes the work of a number of old masters collected over many generations, including Velasquez, Stubbs, Lorrain and Rembrandt as well as contemporary works by Hodgkin and Freud.
The Grosvenor Estate investment portfolio is carefully structured to provide some balance to the property portfolio as part of the overall asset allocation.
There are two elements to the Grosvenor Estate archive: the first is a private family archive containing deeds, maps, documents and correspondence and the second relates to history and development of the Grosvenor London Estate.
