The information you provide to us at the Family Office
'We' and 'Us' means The 4th Duke of Westminster's 1964 Settlement Trust. We are the data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you apply for a job vacancy, your CV and any other personal information that you provide to us will be used to assess your application, and to manage our recruitment process generally (for example, we may look to see if you have recently made any other applications). As part of the recruitment process we may also collect information about you from publicly available sources, such as social media. If you are successful in your application your personal information will be held for a specific period. If you are unsuccessful in your application we will hold your personal information for 6 months after the role has been filled. If you are unsuccessful we may ask you if we are able to retain your CV for up to 12 months for any future roles that you could be considered for. Your personal information will be held and processed in accordance with the Grosvenor Estate privacy notice (which we encourage you to read before submitting your application, as this contains information about your rights in respect of your personal information). We may need to share your information with other entities within the Grosvenor Estate for administrative purposes, but we will never share or disclose your information to anyone else other than as set out in our privacy notice.
